Seattle Chocolate Company Profile
I don’t remember how I got on the topic of the Seattle Chocolate Company, but I swear I have written about them before. I was supposed to write about them on a much larger scale. Somehow that didn’t happen. To that end, their name has not escaped my brain since the moment I hit publish on that post. I stopped writing about food for a while because I felt like I wasn’t giving it my all and doing a disservice to the companies I covered. In the end, I realized that this was all a matter of overthinking and now I am back at it with this wonderful company being the first on my list. I wrote about several chocolate companies during the process I went through working on chocolate content. I enjoyed the Seattle Chocolate Company in particular because their flavors were as vibrant as their packaging. One candy that stood out to me was their Pink Bubbly chocolate truffles.
